With an arbitrary act entirely unfounded, the President of the Northeast District did not give the Northern League the use of the Hall Mauritian to celebrate the provincial congress of Sunday, June 27.
a serious decision, unlawful and totally arbitrary, taken by the President of the North East District Pavarini in responding to my request made by the Northern League.
In support of the decision, relies on criteria Pavarini never ratified either by the District Council or anywhere else, so much so that in the past Maurizio was not only the Congress of the Lega Nord, but also other initiatives private parties.
Pavarini to remember as the Hall of the Mauritian heritage belongs to the municipality and that nowhere is it written that could be "applied only to initiatives istituzionali promosse direttamente o in forma di collaborazione dal Comune e/o dalla Circoscrizione”.
Secondo i regolamenti di utilizzo della Sala del Mauriziano non vi sono ragioni ostative per il diniego della sala (saremmo tra l´altro uno dei pochi soggetti che la utilizzerebbero pagando il corrispettivo), e pertanto il comportamento tenuto dalla Pavarini risulta di particolare gravitá.
Il Mauriziano non é casa della Pavarini o del PD ed é cosa pubblica, e costituisce interesse preminente della collettivitá il fatto che questo luogo sconosciuto ai piú venga vissuto il piú possibile.
Questa maggioranza evidentemente ha cosí tanta paura del secondo partito a Reggio Emilia, che cerca vulgar and illegal tricks in order to hinder the celebration of a public moment of internal democracy.
