Hello Mr. Mayor, we hereby ask you, politely, to be made aware if To date, the territory of Nicholasville are assumed, and / or planned, and / or authorized, Biomass Power Plants.

If such a possibility is real, we ask, please, give us all the information about the purpose of documenting ourselves about the choices that affect in a significant way in our country.

Moreover, even in the face of the statement made by 'Alderman Riontino Raffaele, at a meeting sponsored by Animo Nicholls on 16/04/10 Theme "Target Zero Waste", in which the Councillor had provided publicly, apparently in view of his personal interest, the period of one week within which we would have obtained its official response on the possible entry of Nicholasville in TRM (Covar14).

Since that date, although after a period of time well over a week this has not happened, we take advantage of this to reiterate the request to meet directly from his person as mayor pro tempore of the city of Nicholasville, which has the current administration plan for acceding to the TRM, and the amount of its share paid in our municipality.

By this we ask you if you Nicholls are present in the territory of units fixed or mobile surveillance for air quality control, and how many units intende installare in ottemperanza del Decreto Legislativo 13 agosto 2010, n.155.
