SUBJECT: Cost of service and request payment arrears Nicholasville TIA - Covar14
Hello Mr. Mayor Joseph Cat iZone,
we hereby ask you some explanations about the bills that relate to the waste collection service in our city.

Volutamente non abbiamo inserito i dati del 2010 in quanto ci sembra corretto, prima di eseguire le nostre considerazioni, ricevere le informazioni di seguito richieste.
Buongiorno Egr. presidente Covar14, Leonardo Di Crescenzo,
analizzando le bollette a saldo TIA anni 2008 e 2009 (utenze domestiche) recapitate in questi giorni, senza entrare nel merito delle richieste medesime, evidenziamo che per quanto riguarda la riduzione della parte variabile della tariffa Rif. 013257 relativa all'anno 2008 è stata applicata una percentuale del 52,69%, mentre per l'anno 2009 è stata applicata una percentuale del 25,86%. Non capiamo da cosa derivino!!
I nostri (Vostri) dati: 52,69%, riferito al 2008, e 25,86% relativo al 2009 sono corretti ??
Può, cortesemente, spiegarci come sono ricavati, ed applicati??
Visto che tale dato, presumibilmente, è relativo alla percentuale di Raccolta Differenziata dell'anno a cui fa riferimento, e dato che più è elevata la percentuale di Raccolta Differenziata e maggiore sarà lo sconto applicato alla parte variabile della tariffa, si tratta di un dato molto rilevante.
Esempio:
Ipotizziamo che la parte variabile della tariffa sia 100€ (per semplicità di calcolo)
Caso A – Riduzione Raccolta Differenziata 10%

Inoltre Le ricordiamo Egr. Presidente, che Lei è un dipendente dei Cittadini dei 19 Comuni consorziati nel Covar14 e che come tali, hanno diritto a qualsiasi informazione inherent in the work of the same.
